Ontario disability support worker says long OT hours put her close to breaking point amid a staffing crisis
Amanda Hodgkins, a disability support worker with Community Living Essex County, says she's had to work long overtime hours and once put in 35 hours straight. The union's local president calls it a "persistent" staffing issue, while Community Living's executive director says developmental service organizations across Ontario are struggling to attract employees.
