Site of deadly Manitoba highway crash should be redesigned to improve safety, new report recommends

A roundabout, a wider median and a setup that forces drivers to make a U-turn instead of turning left are all options to improve safety at a southwestern Manitoba highway intersection that was the site of a deadly crash in June.
