Relatives of the Muslim family struck down by a white nationalist in 2021 are describing their deep pain and loss at his sentencing hearing in London, Ont., that began Thursday, with the 23-year-old among those in court listening to victim impact statements. Nathaniel Veltman was found guilty Nov. 17 of murder and attempted murder after a 10-week trial in Windsor.
